We provide digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, paid media management, content marketing, and creative production, as further described on our Services pages. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or service agreement.
No Guaranteed Results
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform policy changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. See our Disclaimer for additional detail.
Payment Terms
Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement or proposal. Late payments may result in pause of services until accounts are brought current.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for a client (such as custom creative assets and copy) become the client's property, excluding any pre-existing tools, templates, or frameworks we retain rights to reuse across engagements.
Our website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement according to the notice period specified in the applicable service agreement. Outstanding fees for work performed remain due upon termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interesting People Advertising and Marketing Agency, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
